    • Traditional management system
    • Using bullet list problems leading to a long list of problems that people only remember the beginning and
    the end of the problem list
    Why the organisation needs knowledge management?
    • Organization need knowledge to embedded the technologies for better solution and improve the sales
    What kind of knowledge they want to manage? Tacit or explicit?
