This document summarizes an event management system (EMS) that allows users to manage events throughout the year. The EMS is an online application that can be accessed within an organization or outside with login credentials. It allows employees to reserve meeting spaces and specify technical services for their events. The system homepage contains links to static pages like home, about, gallery and contact. It also has login options for admins and employees. Admins can create, view, update and delete employee data as well as see new, approved and pending events. Employees can view event calendars and create, view and update their profile information.
