DATES TO REMEMBER FOR SY 2023-2024 DATES TO REMEMBER FOR SY 2023-2024 IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS! IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS! School Policies 1. Good Manners and protocol for all stakeholders should be observed all the time. 2. No parents are allowed inside the school premises from 7:30 AM to 11: 30 AM and from 1:15 PM to 4:15 PM except for those who are authorized by the school head. 3. Completion of pupils’ pertinent documents (birth certificate, Form 137, Form 138-E and the like) should be prioritized when required by the teacher. 4. Elevate the name of the school OES rather than destroy its name through gossip and negative impressions. 5. The safety of pupils is our primary concern. Outsiders such as peddlers, vendors, beggars, solicitors and sales agents are prohibited from entering the school campus, especially during weekends. School services are also not allowed to enter the school premises except during strong rains. However, the services of DepEd personnel are allowed to park inside the school campus. 6. S-ocial responsibility should be taken into consideration all the time. 7. C-leanliness and beautification of the school should also be taken into account. 8. H-armonious relationship among stakeholders, parents, teachers and pupils must be practice towards the realization of the DepEd Vision and Mission. 9. O-bserve strictly school campaign against vandalism, smoking, drinking liquor, stealing, and possession of deadly weapons, pornograpic materials and immortality which leads to the destruction of school’s reputation. 10. O-bserve proper attire inside the campus. Wearing decent clothes is a must. 11. L-et the pupils come to school on time, avoid tardiness, wear IDs, no use of earrings for males, no highlighting of hair, and unnecessary accessories. 12. P-arents are encouraged to take responsibility in the progress and development of their chid/ren. 13. O-mit negativity that might affect working relationship. 14. L-ive a happy and healthy life to influence others to choose to see what is good and improve what is not. 15. I-nternal stakeholders are encourage to patronize the school canteen. 16. C- ooperation of stakeholders, teachers, parents and pupils are expected in the implementation of the various DepEd School Programs and Projects. 17. I- nitiative of external stakeholders/ parents to donate is highly appreciated however such donation must be recorded by any assigned Homeroom PTA Officer for transparency purposes and teacher’s safety. 18. E-very visitor is required to sign in the visitor’s log book for record purposes. 19. S-chool children are not allowed to roam around when classes are going on, shout during break and go outside the school premises during class hours. THANK YOU
