Learnings
Working on making calls helped me sharpen skills like Active Listening, Problem Solving, and offering
Professional Assistance where I was able to.
While generating Offer Letters, the pages would be time-bound so I was able to come up with my own
series of steps which included performing a few tasks in advance to ensure entering data in an
accurate and efficient manner.
Getting a chance to work with HCLoffered an opportunity where I was able to get practical exposure
which reinforced my motivation for pursuing MBA and allowed me to get a peek into what the current
industry requirements and standards are which will further help me mold my own skills as I move
forward in my career.

CONCLUSION
Human Resource Departments are responsible for managing an employee’s life cycle. It takes care of
various functions like recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training employees, administering employee
benefits. Before the beginning of my internship as an HR Intern with JSP Pvt. Ltd, I had a textbook
perspective of what being an HR entails. But now I knowthat is not the case, it is a pivotal time for the
workplace and workforce as critical issues are affecting society that further impact work.
The role of an employee in the HR Department starts even before a new employee joins the
organization and does not end even after the employee has left the organization. Working with JSP
Electronic India was an eye-opening experience which led to an all-round development and gave me a
better outlook into what it will be like working as a Human Resource Professional
