WHAT IS AQUA CULTURE
PREDICTION?
"Predictive Aquaculture: Optimal Fish Farming based on
Water Analysis" is an innovative system designed to
revolutionize the field of aquaculture by integrating
advanced machine learning techniques with real-time
water analysis. This comprehensive solution aims to
enhance the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of
fish farming practices.
OBJECTIVE
 To enhance the overall efficiency, productivity, and
sustainability of aquatic farming practices.
 This initiative aims to leverage advanced data analytics to
gain insights from water quality parameters, enabling
informed decision-making and proactive management of
aquaculture operations.
EXISTING SYSTEM

The existing system of this project is analyzing water

samples through IoT.
 It will show the result of the characteristics of the water
only.
 The water samples results will be just displayed as
graphs only.
DISADVANTAGES:
• It will not help in predicting aquatic life survivance.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

• In this proposed system the water samples will be analyzed

and through Machine Learning predicts the suitable species
to grow.
• It can predict any kind of water samples.
• It makes the work more ease and the prediction will be
efficient.
BLOCK DIAGRAM
REQUIREMENTS:
Hardware requirements: Software requirements:
• Arduino UNO Arduino IDE
• PH Sensor Python
• Turbidity Sensor
• TDS Sensor
• Electro chemical Sensor
• LCD
• ESP 8266
ARDUINO UNO:

• The arduino uno is an atmega328p microcontroller-based development

board.
• With 14 digital input/output pins where 6 can be configured and used as
PWM outputs, 6 as analog inputs are a great addition for I/O related
operations.
• It includes a LED that can be useful in multiple applications or to test the
board functionality
PH SENSOR:
• The standard pH range is represented by a value in the range
of 0-14.
• Ph Sensor has 3 pins that need to be connected to
Microcontroller.
• This pH sensor is connected to the transducer called the transmitter or
signal conversion board.
• This board includes a pH sensor connector which is connected to the
sensor probe, pH limit setting, Analog reading Offsets and six IO pins.
TURBIDITY SENSOR:

• THE SENSOR OPERATES ON THE PRINCIPLE THAT WHEN

LIGHT IS PASSED THROUGH A SAMPLE OF WATER, THE
AMOUNT OF LIGHT TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SAMPLE
IS DEPENDENT ON THE AMOUNT OF SOIL IN THE WATER.
• AS THE SOIL LEVEL INCREASES, THE AMOUNT OF
TRANSMITTED LIGHT DECREASES.

• It Contains Gnd, Vcc, and analog pin.

ESP 8266 :

• The ESP 8266 is a small size, low power

consumption Wi Fi module.
• It has Gnd, Vcc, Reset, Tx, Rx, pins.
• I/O Voltage: 3.6V
• I/O source current: 12mA
TDS SENSOR:
• A TDS meter indicates the total dissolved solids like
salts, minerals, and metals, in a solution.
• It contains Gnd, Vcc, Data pins.
• Input Voltage: DC 3.3 ~ 5.5V
• Output Voltage: 0 ~ 2.3V
• Working Current: 3 ~ 6mA
• TDS Measurement Range: 0 ~ 1000ppm
LIQUID CRYSTAL DISLAY (LCD):

• It contains 16 pins.
• It contains Gnd, Vcc, Read/Write, pin Enable pin, Data
pins and LED +ve,-ve pins.
• The operating voltage of this LCD is 4.7V-5.3V.
• It includes two rows where each row can produce 16-
characters.
WORKING:
• The collected water samples will be tested through various
sensors.
• Each sensor will show the results.
• The properties of the water will be estimated and the with the
help of the results the prediction of the aqua life will be done.
ADVANTAGES:
• Low cost
• Easy to predict the aqua life survivance
• Efficient
• Advancement in technology
CONCLUSION:
• The Aqua life prediction will make the things ease for
growing aquatic life.
• The water characteristics will be known and certain
precautions will be taken.
• Different kinds of aquatic life can be grown anywhere by
analysing the results.
