Problem Detail As the Honda nut insertion
area is separate from all other
NG Part models somehow the worker
picks the irrelevant nut on the
floor near to press and puts it in
the nut box near to it.
In winters during foggy days
the light problem is faced by the
inspector during the inspection
so that the inspector does not
detect the wrong nut due to a
minor difference in the tail of
the nut that is why one NG piece
was delivered to the customer.

Permanent Countermeasure:

We strictly advised to all the workers if he found

any nut on the floor they only handover to the
supervisor.
And in inspection area due to fog/ weather
condition light is faint so we provide big light to
quality inspector so that light problem resolved.
