Safety Contactors
 Los contactos de Safety son usados
para aislar la alimentación eléctrica
de la máquina.

 Los contactos mecánicamente

ligados son usados como
retroalimentación de estatus a los
relevadores de seguridad.

 Si los contactos se funden y no

operan, los contactos auxiliares dan
aviso. E.g. Si los contactos N.O. se
funden, los contactos auxiliares
N.C. se cierran.

 Los contactores de seguridad no

pueden forzarse mecánicamente
para cerrar, para mitigar posibles
arranques inesperados

mecanicamente ligados
Un Canal con Monitoreo de Retroalimentación
(PLc – ISO 13849-1)

Requiere un canal conectado a un dispositivo lógico de seguridad que sea

capaz de detector fallas en el Sistema. Es indispensable el monitoreo del
estado de la salida a través de la retroalimentación..
Control Confiable con Doble Canal y Doble Salida de
Seguridad
(PLd – ISO 13849-1)

Los circuitos PLd tienen

multiples salidas de seguridad.

Seguridad
Canal Dual con Diagnóstico Avanzado
(PLe – ISO 13849-1)

PLe require el uso exclusivo de

dispositivos de seguridad tipo
PLe o CAT 4. No se permiten
conectarse en serie a excepción
de los E-Stops.
