Realistic exam question:
• “Imagine a highly experienced project manager who has successfully led
numerous complex projects. This person has some unique knowledge:
• The project manager can instinctively assess potential risks and challenges
that may arise during a project. This intuition is honed through years of
experience and is not explicitly written down in project management
manuals. It allows them to anticipate problems before they occur and take
preemptive actions.
• The project manager knows how to motivate team members, resolve
conflicts, and build a cohesive team. The person can read the subtle cues and
emotions within the team, which are not documented in any formal way.
• The project manager builds and maintains positive client relationships, which
is critical to project success. In this context, knowledge involves establishing
trust, communicating effectively, and adapting to various client personalities.

formulate question responses  please read Appendix 2
(section 11) carefully and then practice the exam questions
from Exam Trainings 1+2 at home, without ChatGPT and
textbook!

Examp Tip 2: Rethink your responses deeply and focus on

editing your answers. You may need to revise your responses
several times to get mature and compelling answers.
