    Iliac Aneurysm

    A 64-year-old male with a history of smoking, hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia underwent routine ultrasound screening before hip replacement surgery which revealed an asymptomatic infrarenal aortic aneurysm measuring 50x38mm. A CTA further showed an abdominal aortic aneurysm. The patient underwent an open aortobiiliac bypass to repair the aneurysm. He will follow up with CTAs every 1-6 months to check for patency of the graft, endoleaks, and sac expansion.
