LPG Road Loading Gantry:
Following safety measures are provided:

In Gantry
ESD The actuation of this push button will result in cutting of power supply to all
Acculoads, tripping the LPG loading pumps and starting the sprinkler system.
Pump Trip The pressing of push button will trip loading pumps only.
Accuload Trip The pressing of push button will result in cutting of power supply to all Accuload.
Sprinkler can be started from field by cutting of instrument air to ROV.

In Loading Control Room

ESD The actuation of this push button will result in cutting of power supply
to all Acculoads, tripping the LPG loading pumps and starting the
sprinkler system.
Pump Trip The pressing of push button will trip loading pumps only.
Sprinkler Selector Switch The actuation of this switch will result in opening of firewater ROV that
in turn will start the sprinkler.
Main circuit breaker (MCB) are provided to cut off power supply to Acculoads.

Gas Detection System

Propane loading gantry is provided with Gas Detection system above PD Meter in each bay. Two alarms
are provided in LEL Detection Panel . Range of Alarm-1 is 20% and that of Alarm-2 is 40% of
LEL. In case of gas leakage, indications of LEL will come in Loading Control Room.
