during the job training process, PT MEGA
TECH DINAMIKA has collaboration with PT
Wik Far East Batam to make a conveyor
machine to produce coffie maker.
COFFIE MAKER

COFFIE MAKER is a product

production by PT. WIK FAR EAST
BATAM. This machine is used to make
coffe can make hot and cold coffe.

110VDC, 100VDC

Transfer carrier is a carrier transfer system on the
conveyor machine to bring a product named coffe
maker.
The carrier carrying the product will be transferred to
be included in the function tester. After tester finish,
product will be pick up by the operator. and carriers
that are empty or have no product will be transferred
back to be used again later

Working Principle of Smart Relay Zelio

There are 3 stages of the working principle of the Zelio smart relay:

a. Read : read data from input devices connected to smart relay inputs
b. Execute :execute instructions or programs stored in memory
c. Write : Write or issue output from the input results that have been
executed with the program that has been made.
 The type of zelio used is
Smart Relay Zelio SR2 B121BD
1. the source port of the zelio smart relay component.
(The required voltage source is 24vdc)

2. Digital input Zelio Smart Relay like a push button,

sensor, and others. Has 8 inputs. (the input of the
digital input is 24vdc)

solenoid, and others. Has 4 output. (the input of
the digital output is 24vdc)
The Advantages of Smart Relay Zelio

1. The programming is simple. It can be programmed directly on the

Smart Relay panel and can be monitored on the LCD screen
display on the panel. Or it can also be programmed via a
computer via the Zelio Soft2 software.
2. The price is relatively cheaper compared to PLC.
3. Very easy to implement and faster project implementation time.
4. Easy to modify.
5. The Zelio system can be monitored remotely by adding an
extension module in the form of a modem.
