concerning the Status of a Person ( Rule 50 of Admin. Order no.1 Series of 1993) REGISTRATION COURT DECREE
• Adopted / rescission of adoption
• Annulment of marriage / declaration of absolute nullity of marriage legal separation / court degree setting aside the degree of legal separation • Change of name or correction of entry • Civil interdiction • Declaration of presumptive death of the absent spouse / judicial declaration of absence • Compulsory recognition of illegitimate child/ voluntary recognition of minor illegitimate child • Appointment of guardian / termination of guardianship • Judicial determination of filiation judicial determination of fact of re- appearance of absent spouse, if disputed • Naturalization certificate/ cancellation of naturalization certificate • Separation of property / revival of property regime • Emancipation of orphaned minor; and • Other registrable court degree/ orders. HOW TO REGISTER: • The court issuing the order shall advise the petition to register said court decree to the office of the civil registrar where the court is functioning.

the date of issue of final judgment of the court • Registration of the Court Decree Of Adoption issued by a foreign court of Office Of The City Civil Registrar Of Manila. • Furnish the Civil Registrar of the place where the birth was originally registered of the birth in the Philippines. Series of 1993 with Baby Girl or Baby Boy as Name of child shall be allowed for supplemental entry if not it is subject to petition order RA 9048. OUT-OF-TOWN – REGISTRATION OF BIRTH Rule 20 of Admin. Order No. 1 Series of 1993 provides for the procedure of Out-of-Town Birth Registration - The Civil Registrar of the Town where the Registration of Timely or Delayed registration of said document was accepted shall forward to the Civil Registrar concerned and after approval shall return the same to the accepting Civil Registrar.
