ECO STREET’S

SOIMU STANISLAV
TURCANU BOGDAN
Eco streets in Balti, Moldova, focus on
sustainable urban development,
integrating environmentally friendly
practices. These streets often feature
green spaces, pedestrian-friendly
designs, and initiatives promoting
clean energy and reduced carbon
footprint. Efforts may include tree
planting, waste management projects,
and community engagement to create
a more eco-conscious cityscape.
Balti, the second-largest city in Moldova, is
making notable strides towards implementing
eco-friendly initiatives within its urban
landscape. The concept of “Eco streets in my
city” in Balti revolves around fostering
sustainable urban living. These streets
prioritize pedestrian-friendly designs, green
infrastructure, and environmental
consciousness.

Key features may include tree-lined avenues,

dedicated cycling lanes, and public spaces that
encourage community interaction. The city
may also be investing in renewable energy
sources and waste reduction programs to
create a cleaner and more environmentally
sustainable urban environment.
SOLUTIONS
Bike lanes provide sustainable transportation alternatives, reducing
pollution and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the streets
are designed to facilitate access to public transportation, thereby
encouraging a decrease in the number of personal vehicles on the
road.
We can change the
roads but not
enough money is
given for them
because the state
leaders or people
who deal with the
economy did not
give enough money
But instead in Balti we
have streets like this
and everything is
because of the bad
structure of the roads
The people who deal with
the road infrastructure
must be changed because
they are doing the right
thing
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, through the “Eco Streets”
initiatives, Bălți is committed to a sustainable
path, building an eco-friendly city that provides a
healthy and environmentally friendly
environment for both current residents and
future generations.
