knowledge.
Thirdly, it wants to help people develop their
skills.

Fourthly, it wants to help people develop

their values ​and behaviors.
To sum it up, Education for Sustainable Development is very
important, because globalization and digitalization connect the
world. As a result, cultures mix, economies grow and
communication speeds up. The world becomes increasingly
complex and uncertain. Humanity is altering the planet’s climate,
animals and landscapes in unprecedented ways, and threatening
all life on earth. Therefore, sustainability education provides this
alternative approach, aiming to educate students as global
citizens for sustainable development.
So, at the moment people are recommended to be
responsible persons who solve problems, respect
cultural diversity and contribute to creating a more
sustainable world.
