Procedure for Nomination

Procedures:
• Supervisors and team leads via relevant lead teams are responsible for regularly identifying and nominating employees for acknowledgments, appreciations, and
recognitions.
• Nominations should be submitted to the HR department for review and approval.
• Approved recognitions should be communicated to the recipient in a timely and meaningful manner
