The document proposes three projects for Tarlac City and Clark, Pampanga in the Philippines. The first proposes Agritopia, an agriculture business center that would promote vertical farming to address problems from climate change impacts on traditional farming. The second proposes a pharmaceutical development center and virology institute to address high healthcare costs and the need for domestic drug production and pandemic response. The third proposes Haelan, a neurological hospital and rehabilitation center that would use biophilic design to provide specialized neurological care and improve health outcomes.

AGRITOPIA: A PROPOSED AGRICULTURE BUSINESS CENTRAL
THROUGH VERTICAL FARMING IN TARLAC CITY Problem Statement: Agriculture is one of the many problems that the Philippines is still dealing with at the moment. Changes in climate and weather are destroying the soil, which is one of the main reasons why so many farmers are having trouble with the land they farm. This, in turn, reduces the amount of crops and food that can be grown. Because they can't sell their crops in the markets, some of the harvest ends up going to waste. Some farmers, who were already living in extreme poverty, decided to sell their farmland to local business owners because they didn't make enough money from farming alone. Project Objectives: - To establish an Agriculture Business Central in Tarlac City that would not only help to the production of crops but also prevent the harvests from going to waste. (UN SDG#1, 15, 2 and 8) - To promote and instruct vertical farming in an urban setting by giving local farmers with highly urbanized farming methods. (UN SDG# 15, 13 and 9) - To build a sustainable community that meets their needs while preserving the environment. (UN SDG# 11 and 13) AGUSTIN, RICA MAE J. Poor quality pharmaceuticals and fake drugs have a big effect on our country. We don't have enough resources and facilities, so it's hard to handle new viruses that show up during a pandemic in a way that is good for both clinical and public health. Project Objectives: - To create a pharmaceutical complex with a high standard for pharmaceutical product manufacture, quality assurance, and the preparation of compound prescription medications. (UN SDG# 3 and 8) - To acknowledge that scientific study and technological innovation are important to the growth and improvement of the nation. (UN SDG# 9 and 11) - To have an institute will be a research center for the study of viruses, how the government can respond to them and how they can be used for different purposes.(UN SDG# 4)

It is very hard and complicated to find a solution to this problem because there aren't enough hospitals with specialized care. Most patients are taken care of by general practitioners who don't know much about neurological conditions. Some people tend to ignore what they are feeling, and even a small headache can become a major neurological problem if it isn't taken care of properly. Project Objectives: - To provide a complete neurological medical center where patients can get help for any kind of neurological condition.(UN SDG#3 and 8) - To provide an easy access to neurological health treatments and equal services for people with low incomes.(UN SDG#3 and 10) - To improve health outcomes of neuro patients by integrating Biophilic Architecture in healthcare design. (UN SDG# 11, 13 and 15)
