Personal Value

broad desirable goals that motivate people’s

actions and serve as guiding principles in
their lives.
Personal Value

focuses on developing a person’s personal

values and qualities, such as honesty,
responsibility, perseverance, empathy,
respect, and self-discipline.
Personal Value

helps people figure out who they are and what

their strengths and weaknesses are. It also
helps them develop good attitudes and habits.
These are your central beliefs and the tenets
that guide your actions. These principles
influence your behavior and personality traits
and guide you through success and
challenging times. These individual values
inform your decision-making, aspirations, and
relationships with loved ones.
Psychological Value

the study of the way in which human beings

develop, assert and believe in certain values,
and act or fail to act on them.
An object has high psychological value for the
man whose positive affect or appetition is
strong for it.
Sociological Value
This emphasizes the importance of social
values and responsibilities such as
cooperation, citizenship, social justice, and
environmental awareness. Social values
education helps people become responsible
citizens who can make a positive and
meaningful contribution to society
Cultural Value
Cultural values are a series of principles
and values passed on generation after
generation by our ancestors. Based on
values the entire cultural community
decides their way of life. Those ideas decide
how a person of that culture will behave
and how they will lead their lives.
Cultural Value
Cultural values are a culture's core beliefs
about what's good or right. We all have
cultural values. These are sometimes called
'cultural value preferences'. They're informed
by the cultures we most associate ourselves
with.
Examples of cultural values include respect
for elders, family values, individualism, and
egalitarianism. Cultural values are passed on
from one generation to another, which
ensures continuity of traditions within a group
of people. They may also be passed on
through media.
Importance of Cultural Values

If one can see beyond the tangible cultural aspects

then can see the actual importance of it. Culture
works like the vein of the society through which the
life flows. Cultural values bind people together
which makes them strong and united. It makes
people learn tolerance and understand brotherhood
which paves the path of social harmony, economic
improvement and physical well being of the
community and the others.
Historical Value
Historical value is based on the quality or
content that causes a record of an event
related to a particular project to be
retained for purposes of history and not
necessarily for business purposes.
Historical Value
Historic value is an increase in value
because of historical aging. Original
materials and signs of craftmanship are
important to historic value, while later-date
changes can diminish it.
Behavioral Value
are internal and about the how — how you
behave every day as you pursue your mission
and run your business. Why define your core
behavioral values? You have some whether or
not you articulate them. Take the time to make
sure that the ones you project are the ones
people perceive.
Behavioral Value
Be kind and caring. I treat others with dignity
and understanding in each and every
encounter. I am sensitive to the needs of
others and respond in a way that is
supportive. I listen with humility and seek to
understand.
Educational Value
Values education refers to the aspect of the
educational practice which entails that moral or
political values as well as norms, dispositions
and skills grounded in those values are mediated
to or developed among students
