Motivation Entrepreneurs are driven by a single goal:
their own personal success.
Creativity Inventing new businesses, services, and
goods is the primary source of an
entrepreneur's innovation.
Determination An entrepreneur is unwavering in his pursuit
of his objective.
Passion He can delegate tasks to his managers if he
isn't enthusiastic about them.
Communication People's ability to do this varies widely. An
entrepreneur must adhere to a set of rules
when it comes to communicating with
others.
Business managers
The manager's motivation comes
from the authority and status he or
she has over others.
How a company manager directs
his subordinates to meet a certain
goal is an example of his ingenuity.
A manager is focused on the work
at hand.
Regardless of how motivated he or
she is, a manager must carry out
the tasks assigned to him or her.
A manager communicates in the
context of his or her work.
Assess how aspects of the entrepreneurial personality reflect entrepreneurial motivation and mind-set.

Lets wrap up. To be successful in entrepreneurship, there must have some special
characteristic in a person. as well as the entrepreneur needs to have some interpersonal
