PROJET

Strategy department

 We will need strategy department to permit to our marketing,


communication, selling and production departments to take good operating
decisions.
 First of all, the company must to set a good link between teams.
 . And the company must also know its strength, weaknesses, opportunities,
and treats.
 Next, the SWOT analysis revealed that the company own many strengths as
follow:
 Work processes are highly standardized and quality management was
established from the outset.
 The hierarchies are flat and processes are uncomplicated.
 All employees are trained so comprehensively in the short term that they can
carry out their tasks efficiently and in a targeted manner.
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

The production director works in collaboration with the


industrial director and general management to define
production objectives and optimize productivity. He
supervises manufacturing and ensures that the
objectives set are achieved while respecting quality
standards and deadlines, but also in terms of costs and
quantity. It is up to him to establish the management
dashboards and the production schedule. He writes
production procedures and operating methods. To do
this, he masters complex production management IT
tools.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT
The first role as Marketing Director is to coordinate the
company's or organization's overall marketing policy. My
second role is to define and design promotional campaigns
for the company's products and services, and to validate the
strategic orientations and the means implemented to achieve
them.
SALES DEPARTMENT
The sales manager, or sales director, is responsible for
supervising and leading the sales team within a company. Its
main role is to develop strategies to achieve the sales
objectives set by the company.
This department aims to Develop sales plans and objectives,
Manage the sales team,
Analyze sales data, Establish customer relationships.
And its strategies are -Consultative sales strategy:
understand the specific needs of the customer and offer
personalized solutions.-Recommendation sales strategy:
Encourage satisfied customers to recommend products or
services to other people-Online sales strategy: Focus on
selling via online platforms by optimizing the company's
website, developing digital marketing campaigns, and
facilitating the online purchasing process for customers

All projects require a project management team. The project


team includes the project manager as well as the individuals
who work together to achieve the project’s objectives. The
project management staff is part of the project team. These
are people or members of the project team who do project
management activities like communications, scheduling and
risk management. They are also involved in making the
budget, reports as well as other types of activities related to
administrative support.
