Who is a consumer

Any individual who purchases products or services for

his personal use called a consumer.

Mission
 To enable students to understand fundamental rights
and duties of the consumer.
To learn about laws enacted for protection standards
and quality of the product.
Functions of Citizen Consumer Club:
To understand fundamental rights of a citizen related to
consumerism.
To develop a sense of awareness among youngsters.To
impart knowledge on product standards, product quality
and about the markets.
To learn about sustainable consumption norms and
implement them in real life.
To assist the youth in making informed purchase
decision as an individual.
To build a base of enlightened citizen customers as the
foundation of future India.

Consumer club was inaugurated in our college in 2010
Every year in the first staff meeting consumer
committee will be constituted by head of the
institution in consultation with IQAC and senior
faculty member two faculty members will be
nominated as convenor and member and student also
will be nominated as member for transparency and
decentralization of administration. constitution of the
