Summary: Progress and Achievements
PLANNING & SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

The Baseline Schedule is in approval stage; first submission is made on DATE and second submission is
made on DATE and third submission is made on DATE . The baseline schedule will be revised and
resubmitted as per comments of Engineer dated 21.09.2015 and ref.
BUDGET AND COST PLANNING

The preliminary BOQ prepared and input to baseline schedule according to combination of Phase 3,4 & 5
and . After completion and approval of all design works, the detailed BOQ will be submitted again.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Design is in progress and submission of drawings are ongoing.
DRAWINGS MANAGEMENT
In progress for the main project works.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Soil investigation works at is completed and approved by Engineer dated DATE .
