Kinds of letters
Definition: A letter is a group of paragraphs about a
topic or topics, or a letter is a written massage. Or
a letter is a document containing a particular
massage for Reader.
1- Personal Letters are written to relatives, friends
and acquaintances.
2- Official Letters: all official correspondence, letters
of applications, and editors of newspapers.
3- Social Letters: invitations, and their replies and
acknowledgements.
4- Commercial Letters: all business and commercial
correspondence, orders for articles and their

Def: Business letters are formal Letters used
in various business situations.

4. Body (communication)
5. Complementary closingh (with regards,

6. Your name
7. Signature
