OVERVIEW
• Location: Ponmeni, Madurai.
• Vibhava Enclave Apartment is a housing project launched by Visvas Promoters
Limited.
• Vibhava Enclave consists of 4 completed [B,C,E,F] and 2 [D,G] under
construction apartment blocks.
• Each block consist of 22 units.
• Carpet area of each unit ranges from 60.29 to 69.68 sq.m.
• All 4 blocks consist of 2 bhk apartments.
• Under construction blocks consist of 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments.
• B,E- G+3 floors
• C,F- S+4 floors

utility.
• Similar to that in G+3 blocks ground
floor , first and second contains 6
units and third floor occupied by 4

well and used for secondary

• For fire safety spray form fire

Drainage :
• Shafts are provided in each block , four
shafts are provided in each block around
the spaces such as bathroom and kitchen
for plumbing services and drain
collection .
• Through the shafts vent pipes are
provided. Shafts are semi closed by
polycarbonate sheets.
• In the bottom of every shaft the drainage
Park space :
• Common playground is located on the centre of the four blocks , it
acts as a park and kids play area with a fountain on it’s centre.
