Strengths- Situated near the Sabarmati River, which

improves the microclimate of the site and gives great

vistas.
Weaknesses- There are no roadways within the site.
This can be either a pro or a con depending on the
POV. ( Manual circulative connectivity is a con,
while manual circulative connectivity can contribute
to an insitu green environment). The lack of defined
parking can also be considered a con if they badly
manage to organically define parking.
Opportunities- This site has been in usage since
1949, so every opportunity must have been
capitalized really well. With the information in hand,
it is still vague.
Threats- The poor condition of the Sabarmati River
