GROUP 8 REPORT

• This past few years teenagers now a days are


lack of physical activities. during adolescence
they must at least 60 minutes of activity
everyday.

• Because of the technology teenagers now a


days are now spending more time on gadget
instead of playing outside this inactive Life
style turns to low health and limited activities.
• Physical activity is defined as energy-
expending body movement. Walking, gardening,
sweeping and mopping the floor, climbing the
stairs, playing football, or dancing is good
examples of being active.

• Though, for it to be profitable for one's body,


different factors should be considered, such as
the aggressive, endurance, and frequency of the
physical activity performed.
• Regular physical activity is one of
the most important things you can
do for your health. Being physically
active can improve your brain
health, help manage weight, reduce
the risk of disease, strengthen bones
and muscles, and improve your
ability to do everyday activities.

• Adults who sit less and do any


amount of moderate-to-vigorous
physical activity gain some health
benefits. Only a few lifestyle choices
have as large an impact on your
health as physical activity.
Being active every day gives
young adolescence the
chance to achieve the

• IMPROVE HEART HEALTH ANDAND FITNESS.
• IMPROVE MEMORY AND CONCENTRATION.
• BETTERBETTER SLEEP.
• DEVELOP FIRM MUSCLES.
• DEVELOP STRONG BONE.
• DEVELOP GOOD SHAPE AND POSTURE.
• MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY.
• ACQUIRE NEW SKILLS.
• INCREASE SELF-CONFIDENCE.
• RELIEVE STRESS.
• MEETING AND KEEPING FRIENDSHIP.

— Getting physically active needs commitment to
engage in doing it and to continue it.
— Motivations and encouragement play a vital role
in starting an active lifestyle.
— Sad to say not all teenagers are delighted or even
interested in doing physical activities.
— Let them explore range of different organized
and creational activities.
— Help them to be passionate about doing it .
— Exposing them to competition
could be better for them to upgrade
their skills and give them a sense of
responsibility with this exercise.
