INTRODUCTION
 House rental costs are increasing, making it difficult for poor or
middle-class students to afford.
 Renting a big house is a good option, but it may not provide
students with enough time to study comfortably.
 Paying Guest accommodation may be a better option for students in
the city of Indore due to the high cost of house rent.
 Students should look for clean PGs with clean bathrooms and
toilets.
 PGs may be suitable for families or small families, but not ideal for
students.
 The Paying Guest Accommodation Project system allows users to
register for a login id and password.
PG LIFE 4

 With the login id and password, users can log in and post paying
guest details, including pictures of the place.
 Users can view interested users in their uploaded post and remove
or delete the post.
 The system allows users to search for paying accommodations and
select the place they are interested in.
 After selecting the desired place, users can access the owner's
personal details and contact them for further processing.
 The system allows users to add their own desired places and find
tenants easily by uploading pictures and details.

PROBLEM DOMAIN
 The Paying Guest (PG) accommodation project aims to provide a
solution for individuals seeking accommodation in a new city or
location.
 The project aims to solve the common problem of finding a good
and affordable place to stay in an unknown city.
 People who relocate to a new city for work, education, or personal
reasons often face challenges when it comes to finding suitable
accommodation.
 Renting a flat in a new city can be expensive and require a long-
term commitment.
 Paying guest accommodation may offer a more flexible and cost-
effective solution for individuals seeking temporary housing.
6

 The PG accommodation project provides a comprehensive

database of available PG accommodations in various
locations.
 Users can filter their search based on their preferences and
requirements, such as location, amenities, and services.
 The project seeks to provide a secure and reliable platform
for users to find and book PG accommodations.
 It aims to simplify the process of booking accommodation
and allow users to make informed decisions based on their
needs and budget.
 The project addresses the challenges of finding affordable,
flexible, and suitable accommodation in a new city.
PRIMARY GOALS
7

• The primary goal of a paying guest project is to provide safe and

comfortable accommodation to individuals looking for temporary or long-
term housing.
• The project involves renting out a portion of a residential property to
paying guests, usually students or working professionals.
• Basic amenities such as a clean and furnished room, access to a shared
kitchen and bathroom, and utilities such as water, electricity, and internet
should be provided.
• Creating a positive and inclusive community for guests is important by
fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where guests feel
comfortable interacting with one another.
• The success of a paying guest project depends on the satisfaction of the
guests.
• The primary goal should be to provide a safe and comfortable living
environment that meets the needs and expectations of the guests.

SOLUTION
 Rental properties in metro cities are expensive, including
furnishing, maintaining, hiring domestic help, paying bills
and rent.
 PG accommodation is an affordable alternative compared
to a regular rented apartment, especially for students who
may have limited finances.
 There are two types of residential accommodation: PG
stays and flats.
 PG accommodation is a shared living space, while a flat is
an individual living space.
 In PG accommodation, basic amenities like meals,
laundry, and cleaning services are often included in the
rent, while in a flat, tenants have to arrange and pay for
these services themselves.
 In a PG, there may be restrictions on guests and the use of
facilities like the kitchen and common areas, while in a
flat, tenants have more autonomy and control over their
living space.
Why an option for Accommodation over a Flat
 Here we present separate yet distinctive reasons one can opt
for PG accommodations over a Flat or Apartment.

The uniqueness of our Project:

 We are providing the filter according to the locality areas.
 An affordable price for the students.
 Realistic images of our PGs.
 Better internet or Wi-Fi connection for the study and other
works.
 remodel, redesign, and operate student housing assets and
offer them to students, along with essential services, at a
reasonable cost.
