• Teenage pregnancies are a global problem but occur most often in poorer
and marginalized communities. Teenage pregnancy is when a woman
under 20 gets pregnant. It usually refers to teens between the ages of 15-

• Technology plays a fundamental part in teenager’s lives since the majority
of them are deemed digital natives having grown using communications,
media, digital technologies. As technical evolves, it becomes more
available and more affordable to more young people such as media
technology, social media, mobile application and dating mobile
application.
• In order to prevent teenage pregnancy, teenagers need to have a comprehensive
understanding of abstinence, contraceptive techniques, and consequences. Although
there are many different ways to prevent a teenage girl from becoming pregnant,
the only one that absolutely effective is sexual abstinence.
• Family Planning is a human right. We want all girls and women to make their own
sexual and reproductive health choices. Not least because it’s a human right.
• If you decide that abstinence and delay sex are not the best decisions for you, and
you’d rather not wait before having sex, then you should take time and effort to
learn about the best means of protection.
