INTRODUCTION

Human Resources (HR) is the division of a business that is charged with finding, screening,
recruiting, training job, applicants, and administering employee- benefit programs.
So one of our subject will be one of the entry – level HR Positions: The HR Generalist

HR Generalist
It is one of the most important designations in HR is that of HR Generalist. HR Generalist
have various roles to play in the organization from resolving the disputes to completing the
Onboarding Formalities of New Hires.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

To understand the Onboarding process in the organization.


To understand the Internal Communications
To understand about the employee retention.
To understand the 7 core of HR.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY

This report is prepared through the discussion with my co-interns. Prospectus


provided by Team leads has helped in preparing the report. At the time of
preparing the report, I had a great opportunity to have an depth knowledge of all
the HR activities done by the RecruitNXT.
DATA ANALYSIS

How comfortable are you in conducting employee performance evaluation?

INTERPRETATION: From the piechart we can


observe that the HR Generalist team is very
comfortable in evaluating the employee
preformance
INTERPRETATION: According to the survey the
HR Generalist they them self feel profficient in
Managing Recruitment Process.
INTERPRETATION: Here we can say that
66.7% of the HR Genrealist are well in
handeling the confidential information of
employee and rest of them are extremely
well in handeling the infirmation.
INTERPRTATION: As we see in the pie
chart the new employee will have the
questions occasionally during the
onboarding process. But some of them has a
regular question at the time of onboarding.
INTERPRETATION: The HR
Generalist 33.3%team members are
very comfortable in onboarding of
different departments. Rest of the
66.7% are just comfortable in
onbording the other departments.
FINDINGS

In the survey i found that the HR Genralist team is very comfortable in evaluating the employees
performance.

As the HR Genetalist work is to do the onboarding process so in the process they also face many
problems at the time of sending the offer letters, Evaluating the performance of the employee etc,.

Main part of the HR genetalist is to maintain the organization information confidencial.

They also need to handel the day to day functions which are done in the organization.

They also helps the organization in making the new policies for organization.
SUGGESTIONS

Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.


HR Generalist shoulod maintain a good relationship department heads to Lign HR strategies
with thye organization goals.
They should also attend the work shops or conferences to expand their HR knowledge as
well as network based.
Every HR should develope a strong communication skills for the effective employment.
