Construction of BGMEA Complex


a. Civil Work :
 Structural framing workup to top floor 100% completed.
 Curtain wall glazing work 99% completed.
 Bricks wall, plaster, tiles & plumbing works are 99% completed.
 Boundary wall including gate 100% completed.
 Overall achievement 99%.
b. 5150 KVA Substation & 06 Nos Generator:
 All materials received at site. Installation works 100% completed.
 1.6 kilometer underground 11KV line construction works 100% completed by DESCO.
 Power connection 100% completed from DESCO.
 Achievement 100%.
c. Deep Tube Well Works:
 Achievement 100%.
d. Fire Protection Works:
 90% materials received at site and 10% materials under processing.
 Fire pipe, pump and sprinkler installation works 85% completed and rest works ongoing.
 Overall achievement 85%.
e. Central Air Conditioning Works:
 95% materials received at site and rest 05% materials under processing.
 All chiller installation works and commissioning 100% completed.
 All cooling tower installation works 100% completed.
 Ducting and piping works 90% completed.
f. 08 Nos Passenger Lift:
• All materials received at site and installation works 100% completed.
• Shaft preparation, scaffoldingand ISMB fixation works 100% completed.
• AVR, cable wiring of lifts 100% completed.
• Achievement 100%.
g. BGMEA office floor (level - 4):
• Interior and fitout works of BGMEA office floor (level -4) completed and inaugurated this
floor for official activities on 2nd April 2022.
• Achievement 100%.
h. BGMEA management floor (level - 5):
• Interior and fitout works of BGMEA management floor (level -5) completed and
inaugurated this floor on 19th July 2022.
• Achievement 100%.
i. Innovation & Productivity Improvement Center:
• Construction work of Innovation & Productivity Improvement Center completed and
Inaugurated on 30 October 2022.
• Achievement 100%.
j. Ground Floor lobby
• Interior and fitout works of Ground floor lobby completed and inaugurated on
