A phenomenological approach using semi-structured interviews will be used to understand teachers' perspectives and practices. Due to limited funds, interviews will be conducted via video call rather than in-person. Six early childhood teachers in Kaduna State will be purposively sampled for the interviews. The study aims to explore teachers' awareness of disabilities and inclusion, identify strategies used to foster inclusion, and understand how teacher practices influence child development.
