    Mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) is a rare autoimmune disorder with overlapping features of systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, polymyositis, and rheumatoid arthritis. A case is presented of a woman with symptoms of Raynaud's phenomenon, swollen fingers, and fatigue who was initially misdiagnosed until further testing revealed high titers of anti-U1 RNP antibodies confirming a diagnosis of MCTD. Her symptoms improved with treatment using hydroxychloroquine and low-dose corticosteroids.
