A-udience-who are the members? how many will be at the event? U-nderstanding-what is their knowledge? D-emographics-what is their age? gender? educational background? I-nterest-why are they here? E-nvironment-where will I stand while speaking? N-eeds-what are the needs of audience, organizer, me? C-ustomised-how can I custom fit my message? E-xpectations-what do listeners want from me?

Last 2 to 2.5 minutes are as critical as the first 5 minutes for a successful presentation.
Summarize - highlight important points.
