STEP BY STEP PROCESS


1. Tape one (1) thermocouple sensor on the ​ . Place the panels with thermocouples on the front,

STEP BY STEP PROCESS


7. Once the temperature is verified, push the “REC” button on the HH309A and load the tray inside the Oven you
want to test and start the Oven’s timer. The loading time should be less than one (1) minute from the time the

8. Unload the tray using heat resistant gloves once the Oven’s buzzer goes off. Click the “REC” button of HH309A
once again to end the logging of the temperature. Unplug the thermocouple plug from the HH309A and place the

tray in front of the fan to cool it down. After 20 minutes of cooling in front of the fan, you may now remove the

thermocouple wires from the panel and tidy it up on a spool. Extract the data using the SE309 app on your
computer.

the screen. Click the Data file you want to extract, then click “Save” under “File” option on the upper left part of your
