• Systems-change initiatives often engage hundreds of organizations –

governments, companies, civil society organizations, worker
associations, research institutions and others – combining their
capacities to achieve a shared goal.

• The systems leadership approach is well-suited to complex challenges

that require collective action, where no single entity is in control.

personality and as leaders we are
needed to respond differently.
• No one department, ministry, organization
or leader has all the answers. We invite
collective wisdom to shared voices.

leaders we have to be open, awake and
conscious to shifts that happen.
