Hallo, unsere Namen sind Nouman und Khadija, wir sind Schüler der Roots
International School und wir sind hier, um Ihnen zu erzählen, wie wir Eid Ul
Fitr feiern
Eid Ul Fitr

Eid Ul Fitr mean “Festival or Feast of Fast Breaking” it is celebrated by all muslims
around the world to mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. Eid Ul Fitr is
celebrated over the period of 3 days, It stay when the new moon is sighted followed by
morning prayers. Muslims decorate their houses and wear nice clothes and then
celebrated Eid by meeting up with family and friend and then the exchange of food and
gifts. Muslims usually greet each other by hugging and saying Eid Mubarak which means
blessed celebrating.
Greeting :
EID PRAYER

• Eid prayer has two rak'ahs (parts) with extra takbeers. You start with a non-verbal
niyah. This isn't said out loud. Then you say the first takbeer – takbeerat-ul-ihram
(Allahu Akbar) followed by six more takbeers in the first rakah.
Celebration
A common thing in Eid is Eidiyah which means gifts of cash it is given to children by their parents
and older relatives within a family. It is considered a reward for successfully completing a month of
fasting in Ramadan. People make sweet dishes and many other dishes to celebrate Eid a few
common one are :
Sheer Khurma Jalabi Biryani
Danke & Eid Mubarak
