Puffed rice cooking

First step

• Ingredients:
The ingredients we need are 20 dkg of rice, 1 liter of milk, salt,
sugar (to taste), 7 dkg of butter, 1 piece lemon, 6 eggs, 2 packets of
vanilla sugar, 5 dkg of breadcrumbs, apricot jam (for serving).
Second step
• Preparations:
1. We make rice pudding from the rice with milk and sugar to taste, then,
when it thickens, we melt the butter in it and cool it to room temperature.
2. Grate the rind of the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mix the yolks of the
eggs with the vanilla sugar well and add them to the cooled rice together
with the lemon peel and juice.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then carefully fold them into the egg-yolk
rice.
4. Grease the baking tray with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the
mixture into it, then bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 45-50
minutes until light brown. Serve with apricot jam.
