 Training Need

Teachers need to have deep understanding of the subject, in the

training programme it will be ensured that the teachers are
knowledgeable about the mathematical concepts they are
imparting to the students.

Students have varying learning styles and abilities. Trained

teachers are better equipped to differentiate their instruction to
cater to the needs of individual students, ensuring that all the
students have a chance to succeed.
 Aims and objectives

After attending the training programme the teachers will be able to understand
and reflect
a) The difficult areas/ topics where the students underperform.
b) Pedagogy need to be adopted while dealing with algebra and geometry.
c) The teachers will learn how to deal with differential class room where there are
students with different understanding of the subject.
d) After attending the training programme the trainees will make their teaching
learning effective by Using ICT tools in the subject mathematics like geogebra
etc.
outcomes
After undergoing the training programme, the
Professionals will improve their skills, competence,
knowledge and build their confidence in their abilities
to teach the subject mathematics effectively.
