Break-out Session

● The breakout session will be divided into four breakout groups. Each breakout group will
discuss various sectors.

● Each sector is given one and a half hour to discuss and confirm their respective targets and
identify complementation of FASPS, CC, GAD, ELEPS and KISS and other offices with cross-
cutting functions. The Secretariat shall ensure strict adherence to the time allotted per
sector.

● The members of the breakout session shall provide critique/comments on the presentation of
the Bureau. Critiquing shall be set after each presentation of the Facilitator. In order to have a
uniform discussion/line of questioning per panel, the break-out groups shall follow the
standard flow discussion to be provided by the PPS.

● Each breakout group will have a set of documenters composed of representatives from: Concerned
Bureau, PPS, CCS, FASPs, ELEPs, KISS.

ROLES OF DOCUMENTORS:
1. Bring relevant information and data needed for the break out session
2. Usher all expected participants to the designated Breakout room
3. Provide discussion flow to the facilitator
4. Photo documentation of breakout sessions
5. Act as Timekeeper of each breakout session
6. Document the meeting using the prescribed documentation template for the
presentation of Agreements/Ways Forward
7. The Sector documentor shall be the lead in the consolidation of output of
the sector session and present the summary of agreements and ways
forward
8. Provide inputs to the discussion of specific area of concern during the
breakout session

2. Provide input in the drafting of synthesis for the following:

1. Ensure that the required data using the prescribed template are filled out
2. Mindful of the allotted time
3. Make the breakout session on track by using the prepared discussion flow
to avoid topic hopping
4. Review and approve the agreements
