 Thiết bị: máy may 1 kim
 Yêu cầu:
+ Khi thực hiện công đoạn may chiết phải kiểm số trên BTP không được lấy lẫn lộn để tránh
việc chắp nhầm số.
+ Khi bắt đầu may lại mũi chắc chắn, kết thúc đường may thì không lại lại mũi, đề cách đuôi
chiết 2cm .
+ Chiết được may ở lót thân sau
+ May chiết vào đúng 2 bên điểm bấm đã được đánh dấu
+ May phải thẳng, không bị co dúm, lệch hay siêu vẹo
+ 2 bên chiết may phải có độ dài bằng nhau, không được 1 bên dài một bên ngắn.
+ Đảm bảo thông số trong dung sai cho phép.

Sau quá trình thực tập, với sự hướng dẫn và giúp đỡ tận tình của cô Trương Thị Hoàng
Yến và Ban lãnh đạo và cùng tập thể Công ty May Đức Giang đã hỗ trợ em trong quá
trình thực tập.
Quá trình thực tập vừa rồi, em đã thu được một số kết quả như:
+ Tìm hiểu các công đoạn trong sản xuất may công nghiệp
+ Tìm hiểu về các trang thiết bị may công nghiệp
+ Được tham gia vào chuyền sản xuất
+ Được cọ sát vào môi trường công nghiệp

Qua quan sát, tìm hiểu thì dạng đường đi BTP tại tổ may là hỗn hợp. Vì tùy vào công đoạn công nhân
làm, sự sắp xếp của tổ trưởng. Để đảm bảo tính chuyên môn hóa cao, đường đi bán thành phẩm ngắn
nhất, để giảm thời gian chết. Mang lại sản lượng cao cho công ty.
