 GUIDING SYMPTOMS-
 VERY exhausting diarrhoea especially weak after every stool with
cold sweat on the forehead.[camphora , arsenic, phosphorus ,
bismuth]
 There is terrible colic with violent nausea & vomiting having cold
sweat on the body especially forehead.[carbo veg , china , lyco ,
mag phos , colocynth]

In the v album violence & destructiveness are very marked features.
Pt. Want to destroy or tear something.

In the pt. There is religious mania & all times he makes religious things.
There is fear of death & imagine the world is on fire pt believe he is the

cold as eyes , with cold sweat.

faintness pt. give strain until covered with cold sweat but fesses
accumulate in large mass in rectum.

There is frequent nausea and vomiting is agg from motion
There is involuntary watery stool comes on coughing, sneezing and
passing flatus without the pt. knowledge.
 There is sensation in abdominal ring as if a hernia would protrude.
there is burning in epigastrium .


RESPIRATORY- 6 8
There is shortness of breath on slightest motion.
Cough with much expectorant and blueness of face and
involuntary micturation.
 Spasmodic cough with blue face and suffocation.

 Agg from- least motion, after drinking, before & during
menses, during & after stool, when perspiration, after fright,
from exertion,
Amelio- by pressure on vertex, from stimulant, from warmth

Relationship-
Compare- camphora, arsenic, china, lyco.
Complementary- carbo veg.
Follow well- belladonna, carbo veg, chamomilla, ipecac,
cuprum met, and sepia.
