 Introduction

 The purpose of our project proposal is to establish a charity program

in our society, based on the Islamic principles of charity, with a
particular focus on Zakat. Zakat is an obligatory act of worship in
Islam, which requires Muslims to donate a portion of their wealth to
help those in need. Our program aims to promote the spirit of giving,
compassion, and social responsibility in our community while
addressing the needs of the less fortunate.
 Objectives
a. To create a sustainable charity program that aligns with Islamic principles and
promotes the spirit of giving.

b. To collect and distribute Zakat funds in a transparent and accountable manner to

provide assistance to the deserving individuals and families.

c. To collaborate with local organizations, mosques, and community leaders to

ensure the effective implementation of the charity program.

d. To raise awareness about the importance of Zakat and encourage community

members to fulfill their religious obligation.
Methodology

1. Form a knowledgeable committee to oversee the charity program and establish a

registration process to identify eligible individuals and families for Zakat assistance.

2. Create a fair and transparent system for distributing Zakat funds based on recipients'
needs like healthcare, education, or small business support while maintaining their
dignity.

3. Awareness and Education: Conduct regular awareness campaigns, workshops, and

seminars to educate community members about the concept of Zakat, its importance,
and how it can positively impact society. Use various communication channels, such as
social media, community gatherings, and Friday sermons, to disseminate information.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system to
