The document describes an Internet of Things (IoT) fuel management system. Key components include fuel tanks equipped with automatic tank gauge (ATG) sensors, an ESP32 microcontroller to read sensor data, and web/mobile apps accessible via a server. Fuel levels, temperatures and other data are sent from sensors to a dashboard via the ESP32 and server. The system also includes a mini fuel dispenser pump that identifies users, tracks fuel amounts dispensed and vehicle odometer photos for usage analysis.

Level Sensor For ATG Flow Process : Fuel Automatic Tank Gauge • From the fuel tank truck into the manual flow meter for recording it will be entered into the system and attach a photo of the flow meter • From manual flow meters to digital flow meters. digital flow meter for comparison data, the data will directly enter the system via an esp32 intermediary • From digital flow meter into the supply tank and the level sensor will read the fuel level. The level sensor will send data to the system via an esp32 intermediary • Inside the fuel supply tank there are several sensors such as: • level sensor to read the fuel level • temperature sensor to determine the temperature of the tank • The system will have a dashboard so that it can find out which fuel tank will empty. This is useful for knowing the average fuel usage.
