• From the fuel tank truck into the manual flow meter for recording it will be entered
into the system and attach a photo of the flow meter
• From manual flow meters to digital flow meters. digital flow meter for comparison
data, the data will directly enter the system via an esp32 intermediary
• From digital flow meter into the supply tank and the level sensor will read the fuel
level. The level sensor will send data to the system via an esp32 intermediary
• Inside the fuel supply tank there are several sensors such as:
• level sensor to read the fuel level
• temperature sensor to determine the temperature of the tank
• The system will have a dashboard so that it can find out which fuel tank will empty.

Flow Process : Fuel Refill Mini Dispenser
• For the first time the user will tag the id card into the dispenser
machine then a number plate will appear and the remaining fuel that
can be used.
• The user will enter the amount of fuel that you want to fill in the
vehicle and press ok the filling will start it will stop when it reaches
the amount entered.
• If the input exceeds the rest the system will reject it.
• For the odometer recording, a person takes a photo and uploads it to
the system. This is useful for knowing the average fuel usage.
