•The french gastronomy is famous all
around the world, because of the quality,
and it’s diversity.
•The french chefs are developing this all
the time
•Every county has specialties, and always
ready to show it to the people
•Since 2010 it belongs to the UNESCO
humanity intellectuality cultural heritage
list
•It has less calories than hungarian
gastronomy just for example
History
• It started in the ancient timeline
• It was at first in Gaul, the ingredients grown a bit faster here, and these are more delicious, than the other regions
• They took the basic cooking knowledge, wich the other cultures had too, and developed it(like as nowdays)
• They had great vine-lands, from here comes some of the best wines in the world
• When Colombus discovered America, more vegetables(such as potato, tomato, pepper comed to Europe, it has
changed the gastronomy in a good way
• They have light food for breakfast, like pastry and
jem, butter, honey etc…
• They have the same habit like us, so the have a
starter, (soup), main course, and a dessert, but the
dinner at france is really important, it contains min.
four part: starter, cooked meat or cold cuts, then
Specialities salads, and fruits, for last is the desserts.
• They eat oyster, goose liver
the butter, olive oil, and many species are
important, and also vegetables, especially onions,
and their different types
• For meat, they eat steak, calf, lamb, poultry and
wild animals
