TEST COMPOSITION
The RAM is made of multiple-choice test items with the prescribed number of choices. The
number of items and time allotment differs based on the key stage, as stated below:

RAM Reporting System
1. For grades 1-3, there will be an additional field of input the L/MOI or the Language/Medium
of Instruction.
2. Enter the number of Male and Female learners enrolled. The total enrolled will be auto-
calculated by the system based on the Male and Female enrolled data.
3. Every grade level will display the appropriate learning areas assigned.
4. The system will auto-calculate the total learners assessed based on the number of students
recorded per proficiency level.
5. The Total Learners Assessed can be less than the Total Enrolled but it cannot be higher.
6. To save the data, click the "SAVE" button at every grade level.
7. Existing data can be overwrite provided it does not exceed to total number of learners
enrolled.
