Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

 200g. of unsalted butter.


 180g. of dark chocolate. 70% mínimum.
 2 big eggs.
 225 g. of normal or icing sugar.
 30g. unsweetened cocoa powder.
 ½ tespoon vanilla essence.
 120 g of wheat flour.
 And, only if you want, 50 g. chopped
walnuts.

 Melt the chocolate and butter in a double


boiler. You must mix at all times until we
obtain a kind of cream.
 To make the bain-marie, put a pot on the
fire with water and another pot on top of
it.
 Let the chocolate and butter mixture
temper to continue the process of
preparing the chocolate brownie. We
reserve.
 In a bowl, beat the two eggs with the
sugar, vanilla essence and a little bit of
salt.

above and below. Bake the brownie for
40 minutes.
