DÉLIFRANCE NEW PLANT-BASED RANGE WITH RODOLPHE & YOSHIMI ISHIKAWA
LANDEMAINE

Délifrance exclusive partnership with Rodolphe & Yoshimi


Ishikawa Landemaine:
- Founders of Maison Landemaine Artisan Bakery (18 in Paris, 4
in Japan)
- Founders of a 100% Plant-based bakery (no meat, no egg) in
Paris in 2020, and now looking for international expansion in
Franchise, also in Japan.
- Founders of Yumgo, a food tech company for plant-based egg
substitutes available in Japan Rodolphe & Yoshimi Landemaine, founders of Land & Monkeys 100% Plant based bakery.

New range:
- Produced on our new artisan line in our factory in Brittany
- Hybrid line of production: manual and semi-automated allowing
shape differentiation and signature dough
- Next steps: evaluation of Vie de France interest / potential
volumes on products for Japan

PRODUCT COLLABORATION BETWEEN YAMAZAKI – VIE DE FRANCE AND DÉLIFRANCE

Meeting at Vie de France head office held between Délifrance International Export team and Vie de France on March 8th 2024:
- Discussion to improve logistic conditions between Délifrance and Vie de France
- Evaluation of 3 new products introduction from Délifrance for beginning in July 2024
