Introduction
People can experience stress in different situations. Nobody can
escape stress from our house, school, workplace, etc. Everywhere,
we can experience stress. Stress is an inevitable part of life,
particularly for college-aged young adults who face numerous
academic, social, and personal challenges. The transition from
adolescence to adulthood brings about significant changes, and
navigating these changes can be overwhelming. The impact of
stress on the mental and physical well-being of college students is
well documented, with implications for academic performance,
social relationships, and overall health.
Understanding the factors contributing to stress among this
demographic is crucial for developing effective interventions and
support systems. This research uses a qualitative design and is
conducted using an online survey of the fifteen chosen participants,
who are based on their age, which ranges from eighteen to twenty-one
years old. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stress
can be defined as a state of worry that is caused by a difficult situation
or something new to an individual's environment. The researchers want
to provide information to those upcoming young adults. Since young
adults experience life-changing events in their academic lives, the
researchers want to know how they deal with those changes.
