Introduction
Stress is our body's response to pressure.
Stress is how we react when we feel under
pressure or threatened. It usually happens
when we are in a situation that we don't
feel we can manage or control.

 Stress management offers a range of ways to
help you better deal with stress and difficulty,
also called adversity, in your life. Managing
stress can help you lead a more balanced,
healthier life.
Purpose The purpose of stress research is to
understand the physiological,
psychological, and behavioral responses to
stressors, identify risk factors for stress-
related disorders, develop effective coping
strategies and interventions, and ultimately
improve overall well-being and quality of
life for individuals experiencing stress.
Overview
Research on stress among employees and
students is particularly relevant due to the
prevalence and impact of stress in these
populations.
The descriptive research design is used for analyzing and
studying the process of Business Development.
Data Sources:
Methodology Primary Data : It is a first hand data which is collected by
myself. The different way of collecting primary data is
personal interview, questionnaire, survey etc.
The questionnaire has been used in this study for
collecting primary data.
Secondary Data : It is collected from already existing
sources in various organization brochures & records.
Secondary data for the study were collected from the
websites & other previous studies.

Research on stress management among employees and
students consistently indicates the importance of
Conclusion implementing effective strategies to reduce stressors.
Both groups face unique stressors, such as work
deadlines for employees and academic pressures for
students.
However, mindfulness training, time management
techniques, and promoting a healthy work-life balance
have shown promise in reducing stress levels and
improving overall well-being.
Overall, prioritizing stress management initiatives can
lead to happier, healthier, and more productive employees
and students.
