INTRODUCTION
Restaurant Management System is a process of ordering food from a
restaurant or food co-operative through a web page or app. Much like
ordering consumer goods online, many of these allow customers to
keep accounts with them in order to make frequent ordering
convenient. A customer will search for a favorite restaurant, usually
filtered via type of cuisine and choose from available items, and
choose delivery or pick-up.

OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT

A computer based management system is designed to handle all the primary

information required to calculate monthly statement .
This project intends to introduce more user friendliness in the various activities
such as record updating, maintenance and searching.
The searching of record has been made quite simple as all the details of the
customer can be obtain by simply keying in the identification of that customer.

Purpose:
 The main purpose of the Online Restaurant Management
System is to reach to wider range of customers and to
educate them about existing and new packages and
discounts offered by restaurants .
 One more purpose is to allow customers to place order
online using interactive menu so that they can receive order
at home.
 Allow customer to pay online..
 This system reduces the time consumption.
 This project helps the management to know customers
order details in few seconds.

COLLEGE SURVEY:

SECURITY SURVEY

The main security management incharge is Mr Radha Krishana, is reseponsible for all the security related
activities.
College is having Gajamukha agency for the security purpose and there office is located at vontikoppal .

The college is having 15 employees .

7 employees are scheduled to work at morning
8 employees are scheduled to work at night.
One lady guard sowmya,works at day time.
Each person is having 12 hours of duety.

College is having 2 gate

At the first gate (parking), there are 2 supervisors and 1 security guard.
At gate 2(boys and girls hostel) there are 2 guards.

Around two thousand people visits the college during admission time
one thousand people on regular days

SPORTS SURVEY:
The students of vviet has participated in more than 25 off college events and backed with many winning
titles.

Students of vviet won 1st in long tennis, 2nd in cricket, best physical power lifting 1 st.

Even students actively participated in kabaddi, yoga, hand ball, throwball, volleyball.

They participated in indoor games like chess, table tennis. 90 – 120 participants participate as per the
accommodation provided by college.

All the sports expenses are provided by the college. All the students are encouraged to participate in the
gamming events.

LABORATORY SURVEY:

College provides students with well facilitated laboratory to enrich the knowledge.

Mr.Prashanth K takes the complete incharge of the laboratory with 19 year of experience.

There are two laboratory .one is at ground floor and another is at 2 nd floor.

At ground floor is browsing center . There are 60 system in total and 57 are working among
them.

Dell and Lenovo systems are in use.

Internet facility is provided.

Students of MCA,BCA, and CIVIL engineering students make use of this lab.

In 2nd floor there are 32 system and 30 working among them.

Free internet is provided.

Students of MCA,BCA make use of this lab. 11
