Objective
To collect data about the member (students) ,
office bearers (teachers), zealous activities,
sympathizers, facilitators, of Takfiri’s, ISIS or
Daish, with their past and present
contributions and future potential for
sectarianism and terrorism and produce a
workable intelligence report.
 Modus operandi

1. Collection of related FIRs.

2. Collecting information from the case judgments.
3. Collection and analysis of CDRs.
4. Interrogations/Interviews of suspects.
5. Obtaining travel histories of suspects gone abroad.
7. Bank account details of suspects.
8. Obtaining NADRA data.
9. Trans-district working.

By using all these means, we will complete the project and get
actionable intelligence information.

Introduction to the project

In Gujranwala district there have been wall chalking in

support of ISIS or DAISH in different areas. There are
also intelligence reports that 2-3 persons from
Gujranwala have joined ISIS in Syria.
This project is initiated to identify the people
who have attractions towards ISIS and to achieve the
“objective”.

Trends of TAKFIRIs
1. It has been observed Takfiris have many ideological
similarities with ISIS. In 2014 around 10 peoples
arranged an oath ceremony in favor of DAISH at village
Ranjhai district Sialkot. Later on the video of that oath
released on social media.
2. Takfiris are in favor of conducting militant operations in
other countries like Syria and Iraq supporting ISIS
ideology.

3. Takfiris declared all those who do not abide by the Islamic
teachings as Kafir and they claim that the political system of
DAISH/ISIS or Khilafah is better than Pakistani political
system.
4. Some of the Takfiris assassinated Mohtamims of Imam
Barghas, Matwalis of Darbars, again supporting ideology of
ISIS.
